South Plainfield, N.J. (March 21, 2012) – Global contingency and workforce management firm eTeam, Inc. announced today that it has been named a finalist by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) for its 2012 “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” award. Going head to head against over 140 companies, eTeam garnered honors as a top firm with less than 50 internal employees.

SIA and its publication, Staffing Industry Review, sponsored the survey, which they conducted with Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm that specializes in employee engagement. Staffing firms provided the nominations, and SIA and Quantum Workplace surveyed internal employees from November 2011 to January 2012.

“eTeam is committed to providing a positive atmosphere for both its internal employees and its contingency workforce,” says Ben Thakur, President and CEO of eTeam. “We are incredibly honored by SIA’s recognition, and we thank our employees for making eTeam such a great place to work.”

Announced at the SIA Executive Forum at the Red Rock Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, 143 firms participated in the survey, with only 15 finalists. SIA ranked firms by their number of internal employees: 20 to 50 employees, 51 to 200 employees, and over 201 employees. Five finalists were chosen in each category, with eTeam ranking third in the 20 to 50 employee category.

“We congratulate all of the winners and finalists. These firms truly represent not only a broad range of staffing companies and services, but based on the results, they exemplify great companies to work for. Given the importance of attracting and retaining top talent to success in staffing, this is an especially important honor for firms in the industry,” stated Barry Asin, President of Staffing Industry Analysts, in a prepared statement.

eTeam prides itself on providing more than just jobs but careers for hardworking, talented employees. It compensates employees with competitive salaries, excellent benefit packages, career planning, training and development opportunities and a collegial work environment.
